CL SHOWCASE LOCKS

CL A-624 SINGLE HINGED DOOR UNITS SHOWCASE LOCK
The A-624 glass door showcase lock is made for single hinged doors on timber showcase cabinets. It is a one piece unit (housing) that accepts a barrel, has a moulded design to enable an easy grip and a square locking bolt.
- Body housing is 34mm x 30mm, 8.1mm thick body, 20.5mm cylinder projection (28.6mm overall thick gasket/body/cylinder projection), 2.7mm thick locking bolt which can project up to 9.5mm in the extended position.
- For glass thicknesses of between 4mm – 10mm using the 12mm bracket length (supplied).
- No drilling of glass is required.
- The barrel has an ergonomic design that enables it to be used as a handle.
- 180 degree turn operation required.
- This lock range has an interchangeable barrel system.
- The lock can accept our range of CC, CD, GA dimple and CL4 wave design barrels. Barrels need to be ordered separately from the lock bodies.
- Master and removal key available.
- The key is removable in both the locked and unlocked positions.
- Single door fastening and offers a click action mechanism.
- Lock set includes the housing, rubber gasket, 2 x plastic screws & a L bracket DK075.
- Available in a nickel plated or polished brass finish.
CL A-621 CAM LOCK SHOWCASE LOCK
The A-621 showcase lock is made for single hinged doors on timber showcase cabinets. It houses a 25mm length cam lock and is complimented by a stylish fascia that gives a professional finish to any display unit. The cam is secured behind the glass door by engaging into a L strike.
- Cam lock body is 25mm in length, the glass thickness range is 3mm-11mm , cam is 2.5mm thick, cylinder face diameter is 25.3mm. The cam lock covering fascia is 30.2mm high, measures 27.1 mm from the centre of the cam lock to the squared end of the half moon plate shaped escutcheon. The L strike supplied measures 34mm wide x 9.5 mm high.
- This lock range has an interchangeable barrel system.
- The lock can accept our range of CC, CD, GA dimple and CL4 wave design barrels. Barrels need to be ordered separately from the lock bodies.
- The key is removable in both the locked and unlocked positions. Master and removal key available.
- The standard operation is where the key turns 90 degrees and the cam locks behind the supplied L strike.
- Fixing hole size required is 26mm.
- The set includes the lock body, lock fascia, accessory pack containing necessary rubber gaskets, lock nut, cam and DK041 L strike.
- Made of diecast zinc and available in a chrome plate finish.
