Electroplating
Facilities Electroplating - copper, nickel and bright
chrome on zinc, brass and steel base metal. Vibratory
finishing, rotary finishing. Polishing, linishing, powder
coating by subcontract.
Assembly Facilities
Tube bending and expanding. Stainless Steel fabrication,
ie. TIG welding and finishing equipment. Brass hinge
manufacturing section. Lock assembly
Toolroom
Facilities A range of EDM, milling, turning, grinding
equipment is owned by the company in order to maintain and
modify both proprietary and client
tooling.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE Lenlok is able
to provide a wealth of expertise in zinc & aluminium
diecasting and electroplating, that it has built up over the
past 54 years. At Lenlok we are constantly upgrading our
equipment and training our staff to achieve worlds best

MANUFACTURE
Lenlok Hales operates its own toolroom
as well as calling on outside tooling specialists. We
are able to assist clients with the most cost-effective
product and tool design, using our CAD design process and
hands-on experience.
