Zinc Contract Diecaster
• 4 Hot Chamber Diecasting Machines ranging from 40 Tonne - 160 Tonne Capacity.

Aluminium Contract Diecaster
• 4 Cold Chamber Diecasting Machines ranging from 125 Tonne - 250 Tonne Capacity.

Secondary Operations Facilities
• Trimming, drilling, tapping, assembly, C.N.C. turning, rotary tables, production tables.
• Shrink pack facility.

Electroplating Facilities
• Electroplating - copper, nickel and bright chrome on zinc, brass and steel base metal.
• Vibratory finishing, rotary finishing.
• Polishing, linishing, powder coating by subcontract.

Assembly Facilities
• Tube bending and expanding.
• Stainless Steel fabrication, ie. TIG welding and finishing equipment.

• A range of EDM, milling, turning, grinding equipment is owned by the company in order to maintain and modify both proprietary and client tooling.

Lenlok Hales operates its own toolroom as well as calling on outside tooling specialists.  We are able to assist clients with the most cost-effective product and tool design, using our CAD design process and hands-on experience.
